Our senior post-acute care center offers both short- and long-term rehabilitation care, with the added advantage of being located on our serene campus in beautiful Tulsa, OK.

Therapy, nursing and clinical liaison teams work with your physician to ensure you get back on your feet and back home as quickly as possible following a stroke, fall or other medical issue; an illness; or surgery. If you are a senior living in the Tulsa area who is recovering from surgery, recuperating from a hospital stay, or would benefit from services to maintain or enhance functional strength and mobility, our dedicated rehabilitation therapy associates will work with you to determine a customized plan for care that focuses on your physical strength as well as your overall wellness.
Keep in mind, you do not have to be a current resident of our retirement community to benefit from our Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing or short-term Rehabilitation services, nor will you have to pay an entrance fee to enter one of the areas noted above. In our short-term rehabilitation program, we accept Medicare and are in-network providers for a number of managed care and Medicare Advantage programs.
