Meet the Team
Jacob Will Executive Director
Beyond his professional work, Jacob is actively involved with the Alzheimer’s Association, having chaired the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, spoken at the annual Memory Gala, and served on numerous committees and events. He joined the Oklahoma Alzheimer’s Association board in 2022.
Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in gerontology from Kansas State University. He lives in Jenks with his wife, Kimberly, and their two sons, Holden and Miles.
Valerie Bomar Associate Executive Director
Valerie has been an active leader in the field, serving on the boards of the Oklahoma Community Providers, the American Parkinson’s Disease Association Oklahoma Chapter, and the American College of Health Care Administrators Oklahoma.
A native of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Valerie earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology with an emphasis in gerontology from Oklahoma State University. She and her husband, Raymond, live in Sapulpa, where they share their home with her parents and their five dogs. She is a proud mother of two OSU graduates and a loving grandmother to four grandchildren.
Cari Beene Director of Sales
Cari is passionate about guiding prospective residents and their families through the process of discovering the benefits of independent senior living. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Cari contributes to the overall growth and success of Inverness.
Jarrod Noftsger Manager of Human Resources
He joined the community in 2025 after serving in a variety of administrative and teaching roles at Oklahoma State University, where he worked within the College of Education and Human Sciences and taught courses in Human Development and Family Science.
Jarrod holds a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel and a bachelor’s degree in History, both from Oklahoma State University. He is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and is passionate about fostering a workplace culture where employees feel respected, supported, and engaged.
He and his wife, Wendy, live in Stillwater and are the proud parents of two adult sons, Alec and Aaron.
Sharon Goforth Director of Life Enrichment
Dedicated to enhancing quality of life, Sharon focuses on dementia care, brain health, and community-building initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida State University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Sharon lives in Tulsa and cherishes time with her two sons, their spouses, and her four grandchildren.
Sarah Soliman Healthcare Administrator
Originally from Newcastle, Oklahoma, Sarah has embraced Tulsa as her home. She completed the Oklahoma Administrator In Training program to obtain her administrator’s license in 2025. Passionate about travel and food, she enjoys sharing recipes and travel stories with residents. Sarah and her partner, Andrew, look forward to starting a family in the future and cherish time spent with their two dogs, Reggie and Thurman.
Jim Fritts Director of Dining
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering staff development, Jim takes pride in his hands-on approach to leadership. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering with organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, John 3:16 Mission, St. John Street Party, and the Tulsa Zoo.
Jim and his wife, Regina, have been married since 2011 and share a blended family of five children and five grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys beekeeping, home projects, and helping his neighbors.
